Enter our Competition! Where has YOUR Kaighin bag been? |
|
We are looking for the best photo of one of our Kaighin bags (new or old) out and about in an unusual location - at home or abroad! The photos we get may be displayed in the shop or on the web site. You can e-mail us your entry to photo@kaighinanddaughter.co.uk, or drop a copy in to the shop next time you're in Grayshott. Every month, we will pick one winner to receive a £10 meat voucher. At the end of the year, an overall winner will be chosen from the monthly entries and will receive a Christmas Turkey. Please note: you must be happy for us to display your photo. Prizes are completely at the discretion of the management. The entries for each month must be in by the last day of that month, and the closing date for this year's competition is November 30, 2011. Haven't got your bag yet? Ask us for one next time you come in for some shopping. In 2010 we celebrated thirty years of trading in Grayshott by giving a special £1000 prize. The picture on the right shows the lucky winner who received her prize from Peter Alliss. Kevin Kaighin said “we decided to celebrate our thirty years trading by inviting our customers to send in photographs showing where our
free re-usable shoppers had travelled this year. We were thrilled that Peter Alliss was able to present the £1000 to the winner as he and his family have been customers of ours
for our thirty years of trading.”
We received lots of entries showing how our bags had travelled all over the world.
The winning entry from 22 year old Natalie Uglow was taken in Thailand during her three months travels around the Far East.
Natalie, a student at Farnham UCA, submitted a ‘photo story’ of her travels showing the Kaighin carrier in over twenty four locations.
